GB/T3210-2015 "Gas Flow Meter" officially begins implementationOn July 1, 2016, GB/T32021-2015 "Gas Flow Meter" officially came into effect. This standard is drafted based on the international recommendations OIMLR137-1&2:2012 of the International Organization for Legal Metrology (OIML), and covers all types of gas flow meters except for liquid gas, multiphase gas, steam flow meters, and compressed natural gas (CNG) dispensers. It is a national standard for universal gas flow meters. Beijing Institute of Metrology and Testing Science, Shanghai Institute of Industrial Automation Instrumentation, Chongqing Institute of Metrology and Quality Inspection, China Academy of Metrology, Chongqing Qianwei Krom Meter Industry Co., Ltd., Tianxin Instrument Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Cangnan Instrument Factory, Jinka High tech Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Weixing Intelligent Instrument Co., Ltd., Tianjin Xinke Complete Instrument Co., Ltd., China Petroleum West East Gas Pipeline Company Nanjing Metrology Testing *, Hong Kong China Gas Co., Ltd., Beijing Institute of Public Utility Sciences, Chengdu Qinchuan Technology Development Co., Ltd., Rongcheng Yuxiang Industrial Co., Ltd. and other units participated in the drafting of this standard. The standard specifies the terminology and definitions, measurement units, measurement requirements, technical requirements, marking, operating instructions, sealing, applicability of pressure tapping holes, measurement control, type evaluation, * calibration, and subsequent calibration of gas flow meters. The standard applies to flow meters based on any measurement technique or working principle used to measure the volume or mass of gaseous fuels or other gases passing through under working conditions, as well as to additional electronic devices, built-in correction devices, built-in temperature compensation devices, and other possible additional devices of the flow meter. The standard does not apply to flow meters for measuring liquid gases, multiphase gases, steam, and flow meters for measuring compressed natural gas used in compressed natural gas (CNG) dispensers. For conversion devices used as flow meter components or products, devices for determining high calorific value, and gas flow measurement systems composed of multiple units, their relevant requirements are specified in OIMLR140. |
